Hello this is my second day of starting sertraline and I have been prescribed 50mgs once a day. I have taken the correct dosage and exactly 24hrs apart and already feel a difference. I almost feel strange and dizzy in a blur and have to lay down at times.
I’ve noticed my pupils are very big and it’s scary... is this something that will settle down in time?
Just wanted to check whether anyone else got this on the medication and if it’s normal?

Serotonin affects many processes in the body. It's going to take some time for your body to adjust to the increase so things may get a little worse before you start feeling well. Serotonin affects sleep, digestion, bowel motility, sexual function, mood, etc. Your body needs some time to adjust and some strange things might happen at first. I wish you the best!🙏
