So its another day / night etc it all blends into one these days. Just can't shake this horrible feeling I have all the time. Wish the intrusive distressing thoughts would go away. Do I deserve this have I been bad and I'm being punished? Just needed someone to talk to.

Axotol, anxiety and depression have a way of blending days together like that. It happens to me when I'm starting to fall down that rabbit hole. You took a good step to dealing with it by coming to talk it out, that helps me a lot!
