I love this. I’ve been meditating every day so that I’ll do hmmmm I think I’ll go for a walk today with my kiddos and dog if I can get out I’m stuck feeling if I can’t get myself out I’ll just rest.

Rest is also very important too.
My swimming plans are off as it's raining and I've got a migraine wearing off.
So, swimming will resume Friday. Today I shall rest too..

Yes meditation is so helpful! Have good rest. Just made plans to go to a skate park to exercise tonight or if not up for it, to watch my son skate and maybe visit the creek there.
It's so darn hot there's an air quality alert in place.
My self care today was actually going to my doctors appt at the office vs. a Telephone appt. He shed some light on why I had such a bad wkend. I actually feel better knowing why.

Good for you! The insight is a major deal because you know why and now you can work on it. It's great you're finally going into the office. My Therapist's office is still not allowing clients to go in and she's on vacation this week too. I need her bad too..I don't want to call on call because she knows me best.
