Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. It's hard not to be extra sad during these times especially when you're already depressed to begin with. As much as we wish to snap our fingers and be freed of all our sufferings it just won't happen. Even people who are mentally healthy in comparison still suffer from one thing or another. The only difference is we're kind of handicapped lol. So here's to hoping meds help you, here's to hoping you smile today and have a good day. It's a long road ahead but if you've done your best despite what you've gone through give yourself a pat on the back!
But we need to find permanent solution to all mental issues so we can live a satisfactory life ,give me the solutions what I can do , dont want to go to cycatrist as already done lots of , want to go for alternative solutions, can i join some groups where same people like me ,so collectively we can find some solutions,or can take some alternative medicines , what should be our lifestyle , we had to do on ourself only , external factors can just give little support only.give me the contacts emails whatsup link for support groups ,as doctors treatment is expensive also ,and no mental patient are rich jain206542@gmail.com
