Feeling sickly

So lately I’m feeling shit during the day but not actually throwing up... dose anyone have any advice what it could be?

Have no clue. Can you call your doctor?

In the meantime Is there anything you are taking that might have nausea as a side effect? Did you start or stop a medication, supplement, etc? Could you have a stomach bug?

I haven’t been on any sort of meds...but I do have anxiety so I don’t know if that’s making feel like I am but it also makes me feel a little dizzy for a split second

How exactly are you feeling though? It’s hard to know when you not really explaining much. Sorry you’re feeling this way though. Hope you feel better soon! Take care of yourself x

So I feel sick but I’m not actually throwing up, my habit had not been the bed like i don’t do a right lot anymore, and I go dizzy for split seconds. I thought it might be pregnancy but then Iv done a test today and I’m not so iv no idea what it is

Hmmm. I’m not really sure what that could be either. Have you tried going to the doctor?

They are ringing me tomorrow to talk about my panic attacks and anxiety do’s that I have but I’m also going to mention it to them
