Anxiety impacting on my life

I seem to have chronic anxiety which is impacting on my ability to set things clearly

Anxiety is tough... we all go through it from time to time but for some it can be crippling. It doesn't help that we are all living through the Coronavirus. It doesn't help that a medical issue has become decisive and political.

There are tons of websites, books, and articles which discuss anxiety and things you can do from diet and exercise to counseling to lifestyle adjustments to medication. Have you investigated any of those areas? You can get through this but I'd suggest help from a few understanding friends and probably a mental health professional is in order. At the very least try talking with your regular doctor.

Thank you for your advice

The cause of the anxiety is my Mother overseas expecting me to solve her problems which I am unable to do

She can be a demanding little child

This morning everything on top of me and I explained she needs to get Professional Advice as I am unable to solve her problems

She is finally accepting that I am unable to what I have previously done given my anxiety

When the parent becomes the child it can get difficult. Sometimes an honest conversation or series of conversation might help. Sometimes reducing your contact or just not doing the things she asks might help. But she is your mom and you can never just ignore her. It's hard.
