Does life ever get better living with mental illnesses? ...because I can’t tell.

It takes some time but I know it will, we just have to try to be positive so that things will get better. Let’s all do this one step at a time and eventually we will win this battle. :) Hang in there and don’t lose hope. ^_^

It definitely takes time but yes IT WILL GET BETTER! We just have to keep pushing through and do our best to get better.

Not all days are same. After winter there is spring. Illness of any sort goes away some day. Good times are not forever so are bad times. Life is about keep moving and giving your best.

I feel the same way. I feel like it’s a constant battle except all my war strategies are becoming ineffective. I’m fine until I’m not—The final shoe always drops.

I know for me I need to get gratitude for what I do have and what is going right in my life and who I have in my life. Also I need to get busy and do the things that make me feel good - move a muscle and change a thought. Get out of my negative thinking and if I do think negative I need to follow it up with a positive and change my thinking to positive the best that I can and don't get upset or criticize myself if I do but just keep trying every day to work on this. Gets easier the more you practice it and the more you do it. Also I meditate and quite my mind. Just don't give up.
