Hello, I’ve been struggling hard, for what seems like a lifetime, and my Mom sent me this site. I would say, that I’m just trying to connect with anyone who might understand me and every horrible feeling that seems to have taken over me.

Are you in TN and 26 yrs old and are crazy? LOL Just wanted to make you laugh. I am CRAZY and grew up in TN and I was 26 once. I am now 34. I just wanted to say that you can write me. I am here for you. Can you describe to me in a Personal Message your feelings? I think once we identify the sources of our thoughts and feelings, we can then overcome. Maybe we can work together to find out what's going on and where your feelings are stemming from.

Hi, it's good for you to be on here and to try to connect. The forum here is easy going, and non judgmental. Also, if you're open to talking to a counselor, then you should find one in your area, who can just sit and listen. Don't give up hope.

Thank you all for your kind and welcoming words! I do have a therapist. I usually have a session every 2 weeks, but I felt like I could stretch it to 3 weeks this time. We’ve had to go to phone sessions because of COVID. I didn’t feel like I had much to talk about last session, which is why I chose 3 weeks. Of course I would have a complete meltdown week 2!

Still, thank you. It’s nice to know I’m not completely alone!

Oh, and @Ambien1711 I’m from TN, but I don’t live there anymore. Also I was 26 at one time... I definitely feel like I’m crazy! 🤷🏼‍♀️
