Best thing, I think, is that everyone should be "blacking up" to show support for the black lives matter movement. Defund the police!

Defund the police? So in a world of how many police officers, a few bad eggs means that ALL police are bad?

Let’s try flipping this for a minute...

When I was in school, I got bullied by black kids. So following your logic, I could say that in a world of how many black people, a few bad eggs means that ALL black people are bad.

Would you like it if I actually had this opinion?

For the record, I don’t think at all. I have the sense and maturity to know that just because a handful of people behave a certain way, it doesn’t mean ALL people do.

Maybe read what I said again. Part of it may indicate that I wasn't being entirely serious.

People argue so much about this. I don't even watch / read news anymore now. People are divided. It wasn't the goal.

I don't like generalisation. All cops are b.... Really? That's childish. It's like saying all Muslims are terrorist, all priest are peados and so on...

If something bad happens who will they call ? Their grandma ?

Our elderly population had a vigil for Floyd. Cops were good. We did have one guy with a gun climb up on a building across the street because the business community was flogging the false "they're coming here on buses" narrative (it's being promoted by the Chamber of Commerce! in other small towns here, too). Thanks, local business community. You coulda got us shot.
