Pattern problems?

Hi everyone

Hope you’re all doing ok. I’ve suffered with depression and anxiety (mostly depression) for a very long time. For quite some time now I’ve seen patterns in things and have to trace them in my head until I finish the pattern. I’m on antidepressants and my doctor isn’t too sure what’s exactly causing me to do these patterns. It does seem obsessive but I don’t have the thoughts such as bad things will happen if I don’t do them so I’ve been told it’s not likely to be OCD. Does anyone else have this sort of problem?

I do this naturally because I'm autstic.

Hi KatirM85Koala!

I haven't experienced that before, however, I suggest you go to a physiatrist for your meds management, a MD really doesn't have the experience to deal with your problem
