Life is very frustrating.

Getting taken advantage of.

I keep getting scammed easily.

I know better but have lost ability to think and not agree.

You’re still here. You haven’t lost everything. You still have the most precious thing with you.

Yourself.

Don’t look at the bad things happening right now, if you do. Look at them second, right after you look at the good things happening right now for you.

We tend to remember the first things we do or say so make sure it’s always positive things, and if you really want to be negative you can follow it up with the negative moments of your day.

But always start positive, it makes a difference and you’re so important to the world. No matter how much you tell yourself that you don’t, you can’t change the fact that you do matter. So much.
