Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the therapy center I used to go to has been closed. It's been three months since I last saw my therapist, and for some reason we couldn't continue therapy online and just like that; I saw her one day and the other day I got a message informing us that all the appointments are postponed till a further notice. For three months I've been off therapy and as far as I remember everyday was a torture to me. I so badly want to go back to therapy but I have absolutely no ways to connect with my therapist. I hope I go back soon, would love to share some of my stories with any of you guys for the time being.

Better help. Com it’s like Skype but they are licensed therapists.
Welcome. Im fairly new here and many people made me feel welcome right away. Share as many stories as you would like. Some posts will get more replies than others but that's okay. The virus is a very strange and difficult time. Just know that if you are on here looking for help, comfort, advice, or just someone to talk to that understands...then so are other people and you are not alone. If you want to see someone's progress or like what they post check out their page and follow them.
Remember to take time out of your day to just sit and breathe. Smell the world around you (good or bad). Laugh at least once even if its at a silly joke. Positive thoughts bring more positives. It is okau to have bad days and take time to reflect on them.
