Depression and physical pain

I’m new. Have been in lockdown since November! Recovering from extensive lung surgery then some sort of virus. Curious about current problem of feeling like someone has just punched me in solar plexus. Sure has cut down on my eating. All I can do is lie down when it hits. Is it part of healing or a nervous thing? It can also be triggered by loud, stressful talking.
