Since I've been gone a bit, I thought i would update what all is going on. One thing is im dissociating nearly everyday, I'm constantly stressed and worried about little and big things. My thoughts keep running wild on what ifs too. My head feels so overwhelmed from everything. I feel like im losing it. I just wish I'd stop worrying and be normal again.

I dissociate a lot too. I used to get racing thoughts all the time, the most helpful thing for me was writing down, what I can control, what are other people's worries and what I can't control. And for each worry putting it in one of three boxes.
What is "normal"?
It's a terrible feeling, try not to feed the beast once you dont feed the beast it will go away.
