My first day on this site

I am calling myself whit taffy dog, after my white cocker spaniel who looks like pulled taffy.

I am joining because I want to get to know others who struggle with anxiety and depression like I do.

I am able to walk only very short distances due to have a right fused knee and a left knee that is bone against bone. In the house I use a walker or my power chair. When I leave the house I sue my power chair. I cannot drive due to my disability, so my husband or daughter have to drive me to appointments.

I love to read. I really like romantic suspense.

from. Thanks for sharing. You will find that you are not so alone as you might think.

Besides Anxiety & Depression, many of us also have disabilities or chronic health

issues which makes our journey more difficult. Somehow, by sharing our life's path

we get to learn how other's cope.

I'm glad you are here with us whitetaffydog. You have found a safe place to come
