Hey guys, so I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety & depression for around 12 years and PTSD for 4 and I’ve really been struggling with my mental health during this lockdown. I’ve found that my panic attacks have gotten more frequent and I just can’t stop intrusive thoughts breaking me down pretty much everyday.
So I’ve decided to put my energy into something positive and have started a blog! My first post was some tips to surviving lockdown and my latest one is about anxiety and crystals! Using crystals/meditating has by no means been a cure for my mental health issues but it really has helped to try to focus on something positive every day!
