how can things have got SO bad?

i cant cope anymore now~i have back ache along with the mental dep and anxiety cbd seemed to help the anxiety a bit, but not the dep~writing this is all i have ,only couple of friends 100 miles away support me and they don't realy understand,, also i have never been able to use this site properly~i suppose its me !

thank-you, what a lovely name~i do have problems now tho',things that never got solved and now never can
