I keep having racing thoughts in my head that don’t go away .And feel anxious. Is this part of having a anxiety disorder.

It could be some of the symptoms, for me its generally like a constant worrying about everything that can and, in my mind, will happen. What works best for me is to focus on the things I can control and then try to do what I can to fix whatever problem is stressing me out as that is better than sitting and worrying. Also something I need to learn is that there are some things that I just can't control so there is no reason not to worry about them.

It is extremely hard to just stop thinking about them . Like stupid stupid thoughts come to my head . I keep crying cause I can’t calm down

I get that it took me years to feel ok with everything going on. Have you talked to a doctor or therapist? And are you on any medication?

I was on medications but it didn’t help i felt like it actually worsen my symptoms and I have a therapist but talking over the phone doesn’t really help :(

If there is someone like a spouse staying with you try and talk to them. Also you could try a different type of medication which might help. I'm sorry you are struggling during this time just hang in there COVID-19 wont last forever

Yes I have my boyfriend who also suffered from this and learned to cope with it :) , I am trying to the best of my ability , if there is anyway you can help me please let me know id appreciate it
