I’ve been feeling that way too. I’m sorry you are going through this.

I have a fearful feeling along with racing thoughts and making up scary senarios...and I don’t know if it’s because of taking a new med (Zoloft) or not taking the benzo I was used to taking or both.

Have you had any changes going on in your life recently?

Sending good vibes your way(((((((((((((

So Zoloft gave you racing thoughts or something else? I had racing thoughts before I started on it but now I have pressure in my head and an afraid feeling. My sister takes Zoloft so I thought with same biology it may work for me too,... going to stick with it I think and maybe will get better soon unless if it gets worse then I’ll call my doctor. I’m afraid to look up symptoms.

I could be mistaken since this was so long ago, but quite possibly yes. I've been on soooo many meds. over the years, but I do remember Zoloft sticking out as having to get off of it quite quickly due to a negative effect.

I will join you I feel the same . Sending a big hug

Hi. Can I jump in here? I've only had racing of thoughts once, and it was medication related. This was awhile ago, so I don't remember the med. Please report this to your doctor.

I’m going through the same thing right now. It’s so difficult. I don’t have any advice, but I’m here if you need to chat.

xx

Do you find that there is anything that gives you some relief Lindsey?

Positive Distractions, but even sometimes that barely works

Are you on antidepressant?

Put on a new one yesterday

My psychiatrist gave me Clonazepam to help me with my anxious/anxiety feelings while waiting on my antidepressants kick in, and they helped me a lot! When suffering from depression it's best to go to a physiatrist for your meds.
