I feel stuck. When I start feeling depressed I feel so unproductive. I can’t focus or find anything to cheer me up I just feel sad.

I understand that completely. I would just never do work and slack and then get stressed that I am falling behind. Have you talked to a therapist or taken medication to help you?

yes i take medication and start my therapy next week i recently got my dosage raised and it seems like it’s not making a difference

Certain medicine does take a long time for the effects to show up so hang on, I am sure they are going to work eventually. Your therapist will definately be able to help you better manage your life, especially when you are feeling unmotivated so be strong for a couple for days and keep me updated please. :)

I’m exactly what you’ve stated... slacked and have gotten behind at work... I just can’t focus enough to complete anything. It’s very stressful and it happens day after day...

shewolf_ try aroma therapy, listening to soothing music, taking a shower, getting fresh air, going for a walk, reading a book, write a journal.
