Talk to your family more about your issues so you feel more understood. They love you and want you to be happy, believe me, so talk to them and let them help you.

There are a lot of support groups out there. Research on the internet. Perhaps a local group is running sessions online? Sometimes family don't understand what we are going through. It's no one's fault. Feeling the way you feel is ok! It's just feelings and you are allowed to feel how you feel. If you've been diagnosed w BD then perhaps a session w you and your parents would help.

BD is a difficult condition to manage. Feeling like you are continuously hurting those around you is crippling.

Are you on meds?
