I’m sorry to hear your having a hurtful time.its never easy when one has a hurting broken heart.

Remember though you’ve probably been in these circumstances before and you came through it then and you will do now.

One thing I do to recharge my self is when ever it’s a clear night and the moon is bright,just feel the light beaming down on you and take some nice deep breathes and think of the man on the moon sending you warm hearted strength.

Oh boy do I know the heartache... yet remember some people are capable of some awful doings... then turn around and try to make you feel guilty, do not allow them to control your feelings, you know who you are ... in the end not worth it....

We must remember some are worse off than others....maybe haven't been able to have forgiveness or love in their hearts...

Don't allow them to bring you down.... just be YOU!
