I'm new here but have experienced anxiety my entire life. Right now I'm having what I guess is a prolonged anxiety attack, but it feels so weird! There's no clinical way to describe it other than strange body sensations - kind of like buzzy or rushing feelings when I move? I usually don't experience them unless I've forgotten to take my medication, but I know I didn't because I have my pills in a daily pill counter. I haven't slept well and had very vivid dreams the past few nights. My hands are trembling and cold, in addition to the strange body sensations, and I feel irritable and like I might burst into tears at any moment. I'm thinking this is a lot of suppressed anxiety - anyone else ever experienced this?

Is this anxiety?
Hi. Have you eaten and gotten all your needs met? Do you need some warm food or tea or a blanket? That's just what came to mind when I read that.
It's ok. Hang in there. It will pass.
Thanks for responding! Sometimes you just need to hear someone tell you it will pass. I figured out that I was actually experiencing withdrawal symptoms. Even though I was still taking my meds, I had started taking some vitamins and supplements that I think were interfering with absoprtion! So weird!!
Oh!
I sure have. It is frightening. The only thing that helped was to go high protein, low carb, no caffeine. I drank much water and tea. Could it be blood sugar levels. That happens when my blood sugar is low. Hope this helps. You are not alone, we are all hear together.
