Hi everyone. I'm a psychology student and I'm learning mental disorder this semester. I know that I can't self-diagnose myself, but I think I get depressed easily. There're so many things I want to share with somebody but I still cant find anyone who listens and understands my feeling. What should I do?

Have you considered talking with a therapist, that would probably a great start, I have my lovely lady, and now the virus is with us, we do not meet at her office, she does phone therapy with me, some do telecom talk via the computer. Look for a therapist who specializes in depression. I wish you well, let us know how you do and if we can be of further help.....Love n hugs.....Sprinkle 1.....

In UK a psychology student and counsellor has to have gone through therapy themselves before they can help others. Is this part of your course? If not speak to your tutor about this to see what options are available to you.
