Currently cannot sleep after numerous attempts last night and this morning! I am ready to open up more positivity in my life. I know I can do it. I am thankful for all that is provided and taught. No!
Well I reckon you can just relax normally listening to your favourite tunes, reading and staying in the moment. You have nothing to worry about until you have PTSD, and want to commit suicide from nightmares 😱X
