Warning Signs

To start off, I know that I've posted a lot today but I just need to say this to someone. I have a few 'warning signs' for when I'm going downhill. They are mostly common things like slipping grades, not eating enough, not concentrating, isolating, all that fun stuff. My mom even knows what they are and keeps an eye out for them. Lately, I have been showing all of my signs. I even sat down and wrote a while a** song about it today. I'm worrying myself and others around me but it's like I know I'm not fine but I don't necessarily know why....

I can absolutely relate, I also have warning signs that appear when I start slipping back into something, and I understand the feeling of not being fine but not knowing why. It’s a horribly isolating and upsetting feeling and I’m sorry you’re going through this. If talking through things is ever helpful for you I’m down to listen!
