I know how you feel. Anxiety can cause a lot of physical symptoms like shortness of breath. I get chest pains, tight chest and shortness of breath too. Slow, deep breathing helps and I try and distract myself by doing something relaxing. I hope you feel better soon!
I feel you, when I get an anxiety attack my chest tightens and I can't breath properly. Your not alone. What I do when it happens is I sit down, close my eyes and focus on my breathing and feeling the breath travel through my body, and keeping it steady. It helps me calm down and forget what I was worrying about. You should try it next time you have a panic attack
Do u judge me?? No
There u go
Samecto u
Very loving people here they dint laugh
Hi I have severe anxiety, and depression. Been on meds, all kinds of therapies. One thing that really helps these symptoms your talking about is a mat like acupuncture. It has little lotus blossoms on it, you lay on you back on it, go down slowly, no top on, and first as your on it it will feel like needles, then it will slowly make your breathing better, heart rate, and calm your down, it’s takes about 20 min, as far as for me at the end it makes me take a big deep breath, and feel so relaxed, you should put a blanket over you while doing this, because most of the time when your done you feel a. Little cold. Very safe to use. My mat is call Preamat, but there are other brands, just don’t buy the really cheap ones, read reviews. Take care❤️Oh and put it on rug, not flooring!
