The school day drags, I feel lonely, I feel like I'm in a box. Earlier this year I missed a good bit of school and now I do lots of catch up work and current work and not much else. I don't feel motivated to do anything else.

Ive been there so many times, the days drag on, the loneliness sucks the life outta you and there is just no motivation for anything. Do you know what exactly is making you feel unmotivated? Are you getting sleep, eating regularly, do you have anyone close to you that you can get some support from? I feel it is good to hang with a friend and do something new with them that you find to be interesting, even if its taking a walk on a trail youve never been, or going to a store youve seen and never went inside. Or learning how to enjoy time with yourself can help. Blasting music that makes you feel the right way during the time, no matter which way your feeling, maybe making art without giving it any thought, or take a nice calming bath can be good. What is it that you enjoy? If you cant think of anything or dont feel motivated to try, I try to tell myself to just MOVE.... just taking that seemingly impossible step to start doing anything could lead to more. Get what you need to take care of done, but make sure to give yourself time to care for yourself.
Hello friend! I've been struggling with this too. Recently, I have been listing my daily accomplishments, no matter how small, in the notes app of my phone. It's been helping me feel a little better about myself, as I often internalize a lot of my sadness. Additionally, make a list of thinks that you are looking forward too, again, no matter how small or "insignificant." One of the things that I am looking forward to is a movie coming out this summer. It seems small, but it gives me a vision of myself in the future, which is important when you're in a low place.
