Extreme anxiety

Sometimes, my anxiety gets so bad that all I can do is cry and then the crying leads to panic. I feel so helpless

Try operative word try

To go do something else go visit or help someone or volunteer so u can feel useful and see oh wow the elderly have it so bad or hurting all the time

Which give us someone to care about and we quickly forget about our troubles

Or make it just do doneti g or go fircawalki go to the zoo and see the animals

Ray fir me to say but

Big but. My experience is my anxiety gets worse when I’m alone and start chewing on myself or the critics in my head soooooo getting busyvwith projects or making or buying cards for others or helping g others helps me fireget about those anxieties

Of course that’s me

So if this doesn’t work of course wes havecto find our own formulas

However lots of us worry and for me

Doing things for others or reading to the elderly

Well I’ll bet u know what being alone and abadonrd fefjs like no in wznts u nedds u

Poor older people all alone sitting in their rooms begging for company

Any company three ears or twelve eyes they’ll kiss yur hands

Alas. No one wNts to help them

As they slooow fade away to nothing and profundity loneliness. Not good enough even for a simple friend

Do u know of a very very nice kind person like yursekf that wouldn’t laugh at an old man orcwo

An asking u to read them a story irchelp them do crafts??

Know any super kind person like yursekf that could give this poor woman worked her whole life but

Not one friend to beighten her day

Sooo sad no one out there in the whole world

Had time justvto say hello
