dreams versus reality

who has vivid waking dreams?in full COLOUR, very muddled but bits recur,they are v real and strong and when i wake to my situation,past etc, i groan as its worse than the dreams which were bad enough, is there anyone else like me?

Ciley this sounds like dissociation maybe fro otsd where you feel like you see yourself as in a dream or from theoutside. it is very unsettlingfor sure. do you have a psychiatrist, therapist . ptsd disocciation is very serious needs attention on a profession level!
