I'm like this every day. Getting sleep, adding a little exercise and a healthy diet can do wonders for our energy levels.
Motivation wanes and woes, on the days your rested and on point, do all the things you need to get done. I like to use the 'dont put off tomorrow what you can and need to get done today' in case tomorrow isnt so great.
If you accept bad days are part of it, you can manage better.
Bad days do seem to be part of the deal. I grew up with a lot of abuse as well. Not so much death. Life is hard. There are good days. Accepting myself goes a long way when I can do it. Being kind to myself goes even farther so I practice that especially on good days. One foot in front of the other...
