Hello im nrw to the group i struggle with severe anxiety and depression daily. I feel a though sometimes my support group of people don't understand where I'm going from, i need people who understand. I feel alone and somedays just dont want to go on. I can't deal with this debilitating anxiety and depression. I need help.

Hi! I am also new to the group. Trust me I feel the same. I know it's not easy especially when you don't have anyone to talk to and share your feelings. Did you try visiting a therapist? I was a disaster last year, I started seeing a therapist few months back. I will be honest with you, no therapist can reduce your anxiety and depression 100% but they will surely help you to find a way to fight over anxiety and depression. Don't worry! Just take it "One day at a time"
