Anybody worked with a boss who seemed to have OCD?
I am really having a hard time with her. Well not only me but all of us her staff are really losing patience with her OCD behavior. She even called me during my day off weekend to do a job! Because she wants to cover up the mistake she did at work last friday!
She destroyed my weekend honestly! I am so angry and pissed off. I want to rebel and don't go to work for a week. But I know i'll be the one losing more.
I think we all have those, try to have a talk with her or him but maybe a few of you can go to Human Resources and talk with them, be careful about how you go about it and don’t spread the word that your going overbosses head unless they go with you, just keep it professional
Hey, there. I would refrain from using the term "OCD," in this instance. Being perfectionistic or domineering is not synonymous with having OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). It's a common mistake, but I think it's important to be sensitive while on a mental health support site.

I really mean OCD because her actions aren't really what you could say normal. I know because I have OCD, anxiety and depression.

I would just be cautious to diagnose someone based solely on their actions at work (even if you suffer from the same condition). The example you provided could signal a lot of other issues. Also, Human Resources might be bound by the ADA if you frame your complaint as an "OCD" related problem. I would just state the facts and avoid speculation.

I did not complain to the HR. I AM JUST RANTING!

Feel free to rant, but please be mindful of the language you use and be wary of diagnosing others.
