For the last several weeks I have been struggling. Most of the things causing this are out of my control. Illness within my family including myself, drastic weather changes and financial issues. But as I rest to recover from my pleurisy I have decided to press the reset button. I will take better care of myself and do what I can do. I'm posting this as a way to be accountable. I know the wonderful people here will offer support, suggestions and help me get back on track if I waiver. So thank you all. HUGS!

Thank you

You're already beating this. Acceptance that there are so many things out side of our control should ease your anxiety and make more room for fighting and managing what you can control.

Rest often, keep your days manageable with things you can do - small tasks that are attainable, make sure you find ways to laugh little and smile. The times we spend laughing and smiling we aren't thinking about all that other stuff as often.

Ps I'd do a What Is It, but my phone camera and my tablet take horrible zoomed in pics. Keep posting those, they are fun. 💜🌺💜🌺

You take the photo then edit it. Changing the size is how I zoom in the photos. And thank you for your kind words.

If I had decent photo editing on my devices, I'm too lazy to move the photos to my PC. By the time I do all that my tech anxiety is all over me. haha 🤣🤣🤣

I just use my android smart phone which needs to be replaced lol I figured out the exiting through trial and error and a few mistakes. Pushing things I didn't need to push. I go back a screen or two all the time.

I've got a Galaxy 7 with a broken screen. I was on my run a few mins ago and stopped to take a pic of the horses on my route and couldn't even see what I was taking a pic of.👿

Back to my tablet after charging.😁

Enjoy the rest of your day.

life just keeps coming doesn’t it? Excellent plan of action! I will share with you some advice I was given that seemed sound to me and has been a helpful thought to go to. Focus your energy and emotions on those thing inside your sphere odds influence. It is most helpful when I remember that I am really the only thing inside my sphere of influence. Take care

Thank you. This week I have been resting. Had to go to the Emergency Room and have pleurisy which hurts like heck but as long as it's not a cardiac issue I can deal with it until it's gone.
