Hi again Kevin,
Decisions are difficult to make when we have anxiety. Depression makes it worse. On the other hand, those who have mania (bipolar) often make very bad decisions. And(choices) always have an impact.
Life requires us to make decisions. Big ones & little ones. We can't avoid it.
Kevin, CBT a way to help with personal coping strategies. It can't harm you.
But stressing over the decision only makes it more difficult.
In my experience, asking others for help is fine (I often do) it's okay.
When I pray for God's direction I have less anxiety because He is wise & will support the decision I make.
I hope you will work in harmony with your own prayers.
Smile more, Dear Kevin
