I am suffering with depression I feel that I’m not worth it and no good to anyone I do feel so alone I’m in a lot of pain with my back and my feet which really gets me down also I don’t want to go out if my house I’m not good with meeting people I feel I have to have a family member with me to feel safe

I feel pretty much the same apart from physical pain. You are not alone in this, and there's certainly nothing wrong with you. Your brain's playing a trick on you.
