I am actually at one of my favourite places to be now with my wife, lovely hotel, food ect, just full of anxiety, been like this all week, had very little sleep
Anxiety usually stems from worrying too much especially for the future just try to be present in the moment try thinking about where u are now not what happened in the past or what is coming up in the future. As far as sleeping I usually count to a hundred as many times as I need till I fall asleep. That helps with being in the moment to because it takes ur mind of being in the past or future and causes u to be focused on something in the moment. And helps with overthinking because it’s pretty hard to overthink counting

I took one Amytryptiline at night for a few nights only. Was suffering sleep depravation when pain in right shoulder was keeping me awake at night. It had immediate effect and leaves you drowsy the following morning but at least I caught up on some sleep. I wouldn't take them longterm though. They lose effectiveness after a few days.
Do you drink lots of coffee?
I love my sleep also. I wish it was permanent. It’s the only relief I get also.
