Panic attacks suck, a few minutes ago I was playing an online game I love for a few hours until I started to pay attention to my heart and everything went south, I started to feel weird , I couldn't breathe properly my heart was beating super fast I had to log out of the game, eate a banana and took a few sips of water and lay down, and put Carl Segan on YouTube, was still freaking out until I started reading posts on this website, I feel way better now thank God!!

Just wanted to share - i hope everyone is having a good day and if not just know that it can get better, while hard it is not impossible to control one's mind πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜‰

The other day I was playing wow and in the middle of a raid I had one... I fought through it and was mad because I got no loot. Lol

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ atleast you finished the raid, I had to get back to my home, park my bird and just put all my loot in the safe and log out, had a max lvl pteranodon knocked out ready to tame it but had to abort mission lol

That’s amazing you were able to help yourself! I know it can be hard to keep from spiraling. Have a good afternoon!

Hi Johnny079, you did good my friend. Getting yourself out of an uncomfortable

position by accepting what it is and addressing it, is half the battle. I'm sure playing

the game on the internet played into stimulating your over sensitized nervous system.

When getting tense and involved in a game, you most likely were shallow breathing

causing the symptoms to appear. The good thing is that you recognized it for what

it was, addressed it and found us on line. So something good came out of something bad.

Welcome to this amazing forum of support. You are not alone. :) xx
