So I have depression, anxiety, OCD, ADD, Type 2 Diabetes and my wife of 7 years has extreme anxiety and a personality disorder similar to bi-polar! We are a HOT MESS right now.
I have been stable for 13 years but she has had ups and downs. We have never both been struggling at the same time until recently and it is a nightmare!!!
Any advise out there???

Sorry to hear what you’re goin through! I maybe don’t have much advice to give on this only to say I feel in a somewhat similar spot where my relationship feels strained & tough out issues & health making it more challenging! I’d love to see advice as well others can give on this! It’s gr8 you posted! Maybe You could also share more what you’re feeling or issues you’re experiencing ?
Thank you for the reply... Right now I am feeling helpless to help my wife. I fully understand what it feels like to suffer from this illness but I never realized just how hard it is on the other side dealing with a loved one while they are struggling and having irrational thoughts and feelings.
I’m not sure which is harder.... To be the one with the illness or dealing with a loved one when they are suffering...
You’re welcome! Yea they both seem pretty tough!! And it’s bad cause there’s no one really in a good place to lift the other 1 up when 1 is down because they are both down!!
