The key statement here is "Too much today too much to do!!!" Just think of the most important thing and focus on getting that done and nothing else. Just focus really hard on one thing at a time. It's hard to do at first, but I find it helps me a lot. Keep a list of priorities on paper or in an app and reprioritize the list as often as you need to. Seeing it visually then shutting it away symbolically helps too.

Just breath you can do this! I feel that same it feels like too much. Think about the good there is always something good.
I'm seeing my Therapist later. Thankful for that!!! I should be seeing her everyday. One thing a day and I blew it scheduling 2 things

I contacted my Therapist who did have an earlier appt that day ...we talked and did 15 min of meditation. Today I woke up HE my thorn my husband left for his overnight for work so I'm totally with my dog's..did my cleaning and I have NO appts or commitments today or tomorrow..(Thur or Friday)..my friend was coming over tonight for what I call "ladies night" but cancelled until next Thursday as her daughter needed her help. That tells me I need this time so that's a blessing ..it's rainy yucky out so I'm reading one of my favorite authors Sophie Kinsella..and watching TV..thank you guys are great!!!🤗🌈🌻❤️
Count backwards from 20 and BREATHE ... Focus on one relaxing thing to do. Read , listen to uplifting or relaxating music , paint , breathe

leave everything that you have to do for now. It’s fine honestly, the world will keep spinning.. everyone will understand you needed time out. YOU are more important than these things
