Is it normal that you are doing something, whatever that os, and you think you are focused on what you are doing when out of nothing the dizziness or blurred vision or chest pain start kicking?

Does that happen to anyone else?

I get the dizziness but this comes from my neck issues and pain.... I also get it from too much moving stimulus like in a car or crowds. Crowds, bright lights gives me heart pounding, stomach tightening, ringing in my ears too. So not so much when I’m focused on whatever.... but I do experience same symptoms but for different reasons. When I’m About to try something new or experience change I wanna curl up into a ball and resist so it can bring on dizziness, heart pounding etc which only increases anxiety and pain.... vicious circle. Maybe try taking short breaks and move around at intervals when you are focused at whatever... like sit back, stand up or even avert your line of sight to something else and take deep breaths for a few minutes before turning back to what u are doing? It could be you are sitting in a position that is limiting blood flow or pinching a nerve? I’m not sure but I think it’s worth a try to see if it stops the symptoms or lessens them.... otherwise I’d ask a doctor about it....
