Sorry to impose again, just having a hard time...

I know there are many out there that are dealing with ongoing physical issues, I'm about to lose my mind with this dizziness, doctors cant tell me anything, and can not get any relief from it.

I've tried every coping skill imaginable.

Just don't know what to do anymore.

Thanks for listening

Have you had an MRI?

No, the doctor and the ent said that since my ct scans were clear, wasn't really necessary, and it would be out of pocket, but going to push for a referral.

Do you have ringing in your ears? Has the ENT mentioned eustacian tube dysfunction?

same situation with my mom. she have maintenance drugs given by the doctors. maybe you should ask a medicine so whenever you feel dizzy you can take it. :)

When this happens, do you lose balance , or earaches , or anxiety dizziness?

It definitely gets worse with anxiety.

But mainly dizzy in my head, get super tenced up, eyes really sensitive.

Have been to doctors

Er several times.

Extensive eye examination.

No help

Trying to get help with anxiety but it's a joke getting help.

If doctors do not find why your dizzy and there is no fluid in the ears, it’s pretty much anxiety , but I will tell you , if yo can stay away from meds and go about it in a healthy way that would be good, join a gym , practice your slow deep breathing , walks, healthy eating, getting involved, good family and friends time, redirecting your focus , I pray you feel better , anxiety is not fun I’ve had health anxiety for many years and it’s hard to let go of it.
