Yes feeling better. I have been sick and now feeling weak and that caused me to have panic attack. Because I feel so weak.

Dolphin80, panic attacks are horrible but their bark is worse than their bite. They can't do you any permanent damage. Best thing to do is the breathing exercise that releases natural tranquillisers into your blood stream.
1. Breather in slowly through your nose.
2. Hold your breath for 5 to 10 seconds.
3. Exhale slowly through pursed lips.
4. Keep repeating.
Don't fight the panic attack, that causes more tension. Just sit down and let it come, accept it for the moment. Then let every muscle in your body go limp and relax. Feel your jaw muscle go limp, then your, arms and legs, then your body. Let it go completely limp. Then imagine there's a large muscle where your brain is and let that go limp too. Offer no resistance.
It will soon pass.
