Choices choices

We always have a choice. Today i chose to stay away from the dark space i put my self in. Unfortunately for some of you i know its easier said than done. Trust me, i know. Ive been in that horrible place. Its a feeling of... Not having any feeling, just like a zombie, but a sad one at that. A place where you cant even pick up one finger to try and feel better. As if you where paralized and family yell at you, "get up" and you just cant and dont want to. And the only thing that eases the pain is.... Hhmm I dont know, we all have our own poison of choice wether it be drugs, alcohol, cutting, burning, masturbating etc etc. Being depressed and having an addiction is leathal. But remeber that we always have a choice and we are never alone. Someone somewhere in this universe is feeling the same way. Which gives us a tiny tyni hope because i can understand the pain that person is going through and they can understand me too which should make us feel as if we are not alone and fortunately there is blogs like these where we can just yell for Help.

“Someone somewhere in the universe is feeling the same way.” This is comforting. If even only close to it.
