If anyone out there like myself probably can relate to this everyday is a constant battle with anxiety even with medication. I constantly fight with chest numbness and tingling and pain also joint popping all the time some days are better than others some days I am in a great mood and try to help as many people as I can. Other days I don't even know who I am anymore. Those days I seem like I'm just going through the motion live everyday life. if anyone else they're like myself probably can relate to this everyday is a constant battle with anxiety even would medication. Have you tried meditation? Also CBS work well for anxiety.

Hope you feel better soon. Always breathe.

I’m truly sorry for what you are going through, Worriedman19, this kind of life with all the anxiety and physical pain is really hard and debilitating. I hope you can hang in there. I know some cases of people who actually improved, not only with medication but with a really healthy diet. It takes years but changing what goes into your body to something more healthy, with vitamins, minerals and micronutrients that can actually restore your health, do make sense. So, this might be something you might want to look into. In the meantime I just hope that you improve and your symptoms lessen.

So sorry, I do know how you feel. Even with maintenance medication, breakthrough anxiety drives me nuts! I spend half my life telling myself this is temporary (doesn't seem temporary in the moment) and long for the few "normal" days that can't come fast enough. Hope you are feeling better!

Absolutely! What do you take? I take Klonopin 1 mg 3x day and Lexapro but it's made me worse so I'm being tapered off. Going back on Cymbalta. Anyway, he's every morning is the worse..panic attacks...then there's anxiety every moment of the day I'm worried about something..mostly things in my future, loss, loneliness, being alone, you name it I'm a wreck everyday. Maybe try a different anti-anxiety med or an increase in your antidepressant if you take one. If you don't talk to your doctor because an antidepressant along with an anti anxiety med can help with anxiety and underlying depression. I once had forgotten a dose and thought I was truly having a heart attack. I was ready to call 911 but my husband ( Another ongoing bad chapter in my life! ) Whom I called said he was on his way home and in 2 min we were off to the hospital. I had chest pain numbness tingling and thought I was dying. I never had these symptoms and I'm a long time sufferer of depression and anxiety. They did every test and it turned out normal and the diagnosis.. Anxiety. They added more into an IV and I felt much better. My nurse saw me the next day and increased my Klonopin to 1 mg 3x day. I still get anxiety I'm working with a great Therapist ( finally found a good one and it's not easy. I tried a few and left who just recommended books or avoided my plea for help). I finally went to therapy finder a part of Psychology Today magazine and found her). On Healthgrades you'll find reviews of them. I've only seen her 3 times so far and progress has started to happen..do you have a good Therapist or is your Psychiatrist doing therapy with you? I think therapy is a must with the right Therapist and it can take a few times. By the 2nd or 3rd session you'll know if you've got a hit or a miss.

But yes I have all the symptoms you have and it's unreal what anxiety does to the body physically. Sounds like Generalized Anxiety. I am a Therapist and folks have the uncanny notion that Therapist's should not have problems and should be able to fix themselves!;. We are people like everyone else!! I've started meditation and keep books by my side to read to divert my thoughts, color..adult coloring books or blackboard..walk my dogs or whatever diverts my attention.

Keep me posted, I'm here anytime!!

Blessings.

I sorry it took me so long to reply. I was on cymbalta for about 7 years but it stopped works so I was given zoloft it's been not working so trying something new.

Bless you for sharing if there is anyway I can help don't be afraid to chat

You're very kind. I was on Cymbalta and it stopped working too but now I've tried a bunch and Lexapro made me worse...I'm seeing my psych nurse next week. The Klonopin helps and I'm finally meditating but I need to do it daily. My new Therapist is fantastic. (After many searches). I wish the cold weather would go away ...I enjoyed walking my Shih Tzu. Several times daily and sitting on the porch with them. I live 20 min from the beaches and this year my anxiety isn't stopping me. It's much too beautiful!!!

How are you? I was off a few days not feeling physically great but better now.

How long have you been on Zoloft?

Sorry I hadn't messaged you back or replied sooner but been busy at work. I was on Zoloft for almost 7 years in my mind it was a wonder drug but as like any other drug I became immune to it. I hope this finds you well and keep up the good fight I'm also very glad to hear that you are seeking other forms of relief from Stress and Anxiety like meditation trust me I would love to be able to go by the Beach.
