seems like a new symptom or something much like my DP/DR but it comes and goes frequently. looking to try supplements no meds to help increase mood. surprisingly enough my sleep is fine. i go to bed fine etc. just need to be more positive because ultimately my thoughts are keeping me in this terrible state of anxiety/depression/DP/DR

Could you be suffering from Dry Eyes, if so you can purchase drops at a chemist

When was the last time you had your eyes check, in the UK supposed to be every 1/2 years

Check your lashes and eye brows you may be getting hair etc in the eye, or a crossed eye lash

Hi Blake, Bob is right in that Dry Eyes can cause some irritation leading to eye twitching.

Don't forget we have an over sensitized nervous system which can cause twitches anywhere on the body. Over use of your cell phone, computer, games can tire the eye

muscle causing twitching. Always have your eyes checked if this continues. Our eyes
