I am so scared of lifts and lately of planes the fear of being locked in . Find myself panicking about holidays I haven’t even booked yet and it’s really starting to make me very anxious

If you want to go abroad then why not book coach holidays or train ones instead?

I don’t have claustrophobia, but I do have fears of certain things. Have you been on a plane before? If so, maybe you could remind yourself that nothing went wrong and you were ok. I don’t know if this helps, and you’ve probably heard it before, but it’s actually very rare for a plane to crash compared to a car crash. Also, would it help if you sat in a first class seat or some sort of seat with extra space?
