Hello, My name is Emma. I am new here. I have dealt with anxiety and depression all my life. I will go through years of really good times. Then all of sudden will have horrible cycles of panic and anxiety attacks that can last months. Recently its been okay. I have started seeing a CBT therapist and he was the one that ended up diagnosing me with GAD/ Multiple phobias/ and PTSD. It was weird to hear everything become so real! i am on the road to recovery. I do have one question tho anyone deal with awful anxiety while weaning of nicotine
