So Monday night I found out my Ex husband is engaged after 3 months of dating and 8 months divorced. I was devastated. But I have been feeling better yesterday and today so I’m

Realizing my recovery time for these types of stressful situations is getting faster! He contacted me today to actually tell me, after he left it to our daughter to tell me. 🙄 this time to tell me he’s pulling her out of school to go to the ceremony during the week. I have found out some other things about the woman he is engaged to that confirms he is probably making a bad decision. I understand looking for comfort and love in the wrong places but I am relieved I don’t have to see it. Our daughter is 16 so our interactions are limited and I am ready to move on. Finally, I feel some hope and feel like I’m coming out of the depression. I am looking forward to getting off the emotional roller coaster of all the ups and downs and finding normal again.
