I think I've had a giant setback with my recovery because I've developed feelings REALLY fast on two different occasions because there is this void that my fiance just doesn't fill. He's amazing, but I'll reconnect with a friend and remember how much we have in common and it messes with my head and idk how to fix it. Then I get anxious and have panic attacks because of it.
It sounds really silly, but I honestly don't know what to do about it.

When you say "a friend" do you mean a romantic interest?
Is your fiance unable to fill your needs? And is it realistic that any one person could?
I don't know if you have a wedding date set, but you need to answer these questions long before you get married, even if that means delaying the wedding.
I'm not really very good with relationships, and suspect that you will receive plenty of good suggestions here !
